  • Special Categories, VSIFF 2012 Singapore
    Very Short International Film Festival Singapore in Special Category partnership with Social Development Network (SDN) presents a themed category entitled “Give Love a Chance,” and in partnership with Young NTUC “You are Only Young Once.”

    Social Development Network “Give Love a Chance” Special Category VSIFF 2012 [$4,000 prize]
    Spreading a theme of love in Singapore this year, in anticipation to inspire the nation with hopeful tales about singles finding love.

    Young NTUC “You are Only Young Once” Special Category VSIFF 2012 [$2,000 prize]
    Tackling youth issues including the contribution to society through the combined advantages of youth, energy, hope, education, access to technology, ease of communication, prosperity in workplaces, dreams, visions, activism, volunteerism and advocacy before one turns 35!

  • Open Category
    All Local Selection films will be in the running for three VSIFF Open Category awards and cash prizes including; VSIFF Originality Award $800, VSIFF Public Award $800 and VSIFF Grand Prix Award $1,400.
